Chaotic Time-delay Signature Varied by Bias in a Semiconductor Laser with FBG Feedback

Chaotic time-delay signature (TDS) in a semiconductor laser with feedback from a fiber Bragg grating is investigated for the impact of the bias current. Maximum bandwidth is achieved in chaos generation with TDS concealed.
