Laser diode modules from The Optoelectronics Company deliver powers up to 75 mW

Laser diode module offerings feature compact CW, VIS, or IR lasers that produce an elliptical beam. They are available at lasing wavelengths of 635, 639, 660, 830, and 852 nm, at powers up to 75 mW. Operating voltage is 3–6 VDC, with an ambient operating temperature range from -10° to +50°C.
