First demonstration of 2 µm wavelength tunable distributed Bragg reflector laser diode

We have developed the first 2 µm wavelength tunable distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) laser diode. The 2 µm DBR laser enables us to obtain a continuous wavelength tuning range of 5.6 nm with a single tuning current.
